THE DROP
The Drop / Slack teams
For Slack and remote teams

The five-minute break
everyone shows up for.

Once a day, or whenever you schedule it, a clip lands in your channel frozen one second before the moment. Everyone calls it from their phone. An hour later the reveal posts with who nailed it, who whiffed, and the standings. No meeting, no host, no trivia knowledge. Just the good kind of arguing.

  • Add to Slack in one click, pick the channel, done
  • Schedule a week of clips in five minutes; the clock runs them
  • Reveals and standings post themselves
  • Works across time zones: the lock-in window is yours to set

Add to Slack ▶ Try one clip Watch it come together Take a look inside

Add to Slack creates your free Studio host first (30 days, no card), then asks Slack which channel to post to. The Drop only posts to that channel and reads nothing. Privacy · Terms · Support.

30 days free, no card to start. Players only need the free app.

Watch a week in Slack come together

Sixty seconds, Add to Slack to the standings. Hover to pause, click a bar to jump.

1

Add to Slack

From Studio, click Add to Slack and choose the channel. It only needs permission to post there. If your admin prefers, a webhook works too.

2

Schedule the clips

Pick a set from the library or build your own, set the time and the lock-in window. A week takes five minutes.

3

The clip posts

The channel gets the clip, the question, and a Call it button. Everyone locks in a call from their phone before the window closes.

4

The reveal posts

The split, the answer, who got it, and the running leaderboard land in the channel. Someone will be insufferable about it. That's the point.

What you need

A Slack workspace

Any plan. The app posts to one channel and asks for nothing else.

A Studio login

Free for 30 days. Scheduling, the leaderboard, and billing live there.

Phones

Players use the free app to call it. The Call it button opens it straight to the clip.

Pricing

One flat price, any size team.

Unlimited players, unlimited clips, Slack and email delivery, the full library. No per-seat fees, ever. Founding teams: $19/month for life if you're one of the first ten.

$49/mo

Does everyone need the app?

To play, yes. It's free, takes a minute to set up, and the first thing it asks is your team's code.

Will my Slack admin allow it?

It requests one permission: posting to the channel you pick. Nothing is read. If installs are locked down, paste a webhook URL instead.

What about Teams or Discord?

Email delivery works anywhere today. Slack is the native one; others are on the list.

Is this gambling?

No. Points have no cash value. The prize is the leaderboard and whatever your team makes of it.

Your first week is on us.
